As the Student Director of Wardrobe and Collection Operations, I serve as the primary liaison between the senior designers and the rest of the SNR production team, managing collections from arrival to runway and safeguarding the integrity of each garment. I lead and coordinate a team of 7 to oversee fittings, garment preparation, and backstage organization, ensuring flawless execution under tight timelines. During the show, I direct backstage flow, maintain constant communication with the broader SNR team, and guide my team to deliver smooth transitions and runway readiness. This role demands sharp attention to detail, organizational strength, and decisive leadership to uphold the quality and integrity of every collection presented on the runway.
